These apartments had an asbestos decramastic tile roof. We worked with the four owners to provide a long run re-roofing solution. We erected scaffolding for a certified asbestos removal company partner to remove the roof and then we re-roofed and installed new Solasafe clear sheeting over the stairwell area which required some building work. This property is roofed in n .55 Corrugate Thunder Grey Colorsteel Maxx. Maxx is Colorsteel's marine grade paint system which was essential due to the proximity to the sea.
