Concrete tile to long run corrugate.
We set up the scaffolding, removed the concrete tiles and installed new timber purlins. We re-roofed the house roof in Pioneer Red Colorcote Magnaflow .55 Corrugate and re-roofed the low pitch roof in Pioneer Red Colorcote Magnaflow .55 Styleline - Styleline profile is recommended for a flat roof - and relined the other small flat roof veranda with butynol. Colorcote Magnaflow is a marine grade product and was used due to this property's coastal location. Building work was also required to install the apron flashings behind the cladding. A few scaffolding adjustments were required with this property for spouting and the painting project. We removed the existing spouting and downpipes and installed new Titania Colorsteel Maxx 25OG (Classic) Spouting with matching Titania 80mm diameter downpipes. The scaffolding was then adjusted with painting platforms for the painters to carry out a full exterior paint.
