Roof Wellington did a thoroughly professional job that has elicited favourable comment also from all our neighbours. Their project management was exceptional. The planning of stockpiling , access and parking were all discussed in advance. Component services were well coordinated and their communication was outstanding throughout; we were always informed as to what would happen when, and if weather had affected work at any stage. They demonstrated concern for minimising our costs by ensuring scaffolding was dismantled and removed as soon as reasonably possible after completion of the roofing work. Their personnel were invariably courteous and considerate. Highly recommended!

These guys are pure class, 100% recommend. I sent 6 emails to 6 different businesses for roof replacement quotes, not only was Roof Wellington the only business to reply but they had responded with 2 different options within an hour of sending the initial email. From here we were all booked in to start works in roughly 4 months. On the day of works, the team showed up, no mucking around and we’re straight into it, all up it took roughly 3 days and they made sure to tidy up after themselves - super nice team too! While repairing the roof, one of the guys advised that my spouting was a bit worn for wear so recommended replacing - this was all done within a week. I’m so stoked to have spent money with a local business that actually pulls through with quality work and communication. 10/10!! Thanks guys!

The quote I received to replace my roof was very competitive and they stuck to it despite the significant timeframe between getting my quote and having the roof installed. Once on site, the work was carried out efficiently and professionally by a friendly team of people. Communication throughout the process, from quote to completion, was excellent.

I highly recommend this company. Although my reroof (concrete tile to steel) was challenged constantly with poor weather, they worked very hard to get lots done whenever the conditions allowed. They were incredibly responsive, and answered any texts or emails within a day. The site was left perfectly tidy. I'm so happy with how they delivered the project.

Great communication ,after having a few builders and roofers look at fixing a leak over the yrs these guys found a blocked drain that could of saved us having to replace the whole roof from yrs of water damage. Highly recommend them. The new roof looks great. Definitely worth doing your research if you need a decent company to do the job right.

Roof Wellington were really good. Jack was an awesome communicator and was always there to answer any questions. The onsite staff were really good and conscientious, especially noting we had little children around they picked up their rubbish, roofing nails and kept the ladder up so the little ones didn't go exploring... highly recommended.

We were pleased by the way the Roof Wellington team kept us up to date with what was going to happen on site. They were quick and efficient and a cheerful crew to have on our property. The site was left completely cleaned up after, which was great, and the expectations we had when we contracted them were all fulfilled.
I needed my roof replaced. I asked for 4 quotes, and 2 companies replied - Roof Wellington in a couple of days and another company a couple of weeks later. The Roof Wellington quote was $12000 cheaper than the other company - I was so surprised that I checked with them that it included the scaffolding and everything, and they said yes ! They said it would happen in 4 months time, and 2 days after the materials were delivered, NZ went into lockdown Level 4. Roof Wellington were very good with communication, letting me know what to expect at each decreasing level, and when they were able to turn up, the work proceeded quickly. They were great at cleaning up after themselves, picking up all nails etc that landed in my lawn, and they carted away all the rubbish. And my new roof looks wonderful. I couldn't be happier.
I can't compare Roof Wellington with other providers as it is the first time I have replaced my roof, but I am very happy with the work and service they did at all stages from providing a quotation to the receipt of a guarantee for the work done.
Would recommend. Good quoting and product knowledge, and clear about the approximate timeframe for the work to be completed. During the installation great communication from the office regarding weather delays, and the team on site were lovely.
