Dear Janine. Your company has done  excellent work.We are all delighted with the scaffolding and the roofing. Staff have had to put up with indifferent weather and a difficult site with a great deal of insight.The Grey Friars colour which you  suggested has turned a rather nondescript  building squished between two  large colonial buildings, into one of some elegance and interest.Its original architect would be pleased. Jack Chisnall has been exemplary in his ability to communicate promptly and simply. I never felt anxious or worried except about the weather. Please extend my sincere thanks to those  involved. This is the only roof company to choose. I have nothing but praise for the honest and forthright advice given at the time of quoting. Simon is knowledgeable and was honest enough to talk me out of more expensive options that I was considering and that he knew were unnecessary. He also offered alternative options with the scaffolding that would save me money. In these times where you hear of so many bad operators, please feel confident that this is a decent outfit to deal with. There were other gestures made that as an older person I appreciated very much and it speaks volumes about this company and their ethics. May you prosper tenfold.

Had a very good professional service from Roof Wellington. Simon and their team completed the work in less duration given that Wellington weather can be quite harsh at times. He also did look into the areas pointed out which needed some re-work later on, but politely accepted it and did a good job.

Simon and his team did a fantastic job of replacing our roof, organising and project managing all required trades. Not a simple job with scaffolding and spouting required on top of replacing the roof. Simon personally inspected the roof on completion and without question replaced any sheets he deemed as damaged ensuring a perfect job. Right from the beginning of the process Simon and his team were incredibly professional. The quote was supplied in less than a week in a very professional format and nothing was left out - so we felt confident in proceeding. Weather played a part in things but Simon kept in touch with us as to start dates and if the team couldn't work due to weather conditions and when the team were on site they were all very respectful, tidy and they got stuck into the task every day. The final result is amazing - and we have received lots of comments from people who go past our property and several have asked for the Companies details - we are thrilled and highly recommend this Company and their team.

Roof Wellington were really good. Jack was an awesome communicator and was always there to answer any questions. The onsite staff were really good and conscientious, especially noting we had little children around they picked up their rubbish, roofing nails and kept the ladder up so the little ones didn't go exploring... highly recommended.

I highly recommend Roof Wellington. The quote I received to replace my roof was very competitive and they stuck to it despite the significant timeframe between getting my quote and having the roof installed. Once on site, the work was carried out efficiently and professionally by a friendly team of people. Communication throughout the process, from quote to completion, was excellent.

I sent 6 emails to 6 different businesses for roof replacement quotes, not only was Roof Wellington the only business to reply but they had responded with 2 different options within an hour of sending the initial email. From here we were all booked in to start works in roughly 4 months.

On the day of works, the team showed up, no mucking around and we’re straight into it, all up it took roughly 3 days and they made sure to tidy up after themselves - super nice team too! While repairing the roof, one of the guys advised that my spouting was a bit worn for wear so recommended replacing - this was all done within a week.

Roof Wellington did a thoroughly professional job that has elicited favourable comment also from all our neighbours. Their project management was exceptional. The planning of stockpiling , access and parking were all discussed in advance. Component services were well coordinated and their communication was outstanding throughout; we were always informed as to what would happen when, and if weather had affected work at any stage. They demonstrated concern for minimising our costs by ensuring scaffolding was dismantled and removed as soon as reasonably possible after completion of the roofing work. Good communication, fully informed on likely progress, and work carried out in a most efficient and professional manner. Slotted in between unlikely weather forecasts it worked out well, with peace of mind once completed. Cleanup and maintenance after each day appreciated. A good job.

We are very pleased with our new roof. Simon and his team worked in well with Adios Asbestos so that the asbestos removal and fitting of the new roofing dovetailed well together. Even with a break for the Covid-19 four week shutdown they were able to come back immediately we were on level 3 and complete the job. It all looks fantastic. Thanks.
